NEW YORK — Expect a rainy finish to what was a snowy month across the city. We’ll see rain for the first half of Saturday and then again for the second half of Sunday.
We’ve seen our fair share of storms this month, and another series of two systems will bring rain to the city. The first round arrives for the first half of Saturday, making for a wet and damp start to the weekend.
Skies will clear out for later Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning before the next round of rain arrives. This is a good weekend to give yourself some indoor projects, perhaps getting a head start on that spring cleaning?
Temperatures will rise into the upper-40s for Saturday with overnight lows near 40. Sunday will feature highs in the upper-40s once again.
Overall, the start and finish to your weekend will feature wet and rainy conditions.
A brief arctic blast is set to arrive later Monday and Tuesday as cold Canadian air arrives. Highs on Tuesday may not get out of the 30s.
